WELCOME TO HEALTH NATURALLY. I’M A NATUROPATH WITH A THRIVING CLINIC BASED IN CAIRNS ESTABLISHED IN 2007.

I support clients to be their happiest & healthiest self. I have been practicing for over 19 years, after finishing studying Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine and Nutrition with the Australian College of Natural Medicine (now Endeavour College), in 2004.

My grounded and practical nature reflects in how I approach your health and treatment plan.

Naturopathic philosophies make sense to me, living a happy and healthy life to prevent illness and imbalances. Naturopathy treats using practitioner strength formulations and individualised herbal formulas as well as focusing on nutrition to improve health in a safe, effective and practical way. To be able to work with you, understand your needs and how I can best support you, is something I thrive on. I love nutting out treatment plans, explaining options for you while keeping things simple and taking necessary steps at the right pace. A huge driver of mine is to inspire, educate and empower you to be able to incorporate the changes, get results and ultimately feel healthier with optimal vitality. 

Holding space to allow for positive change in your life while focusing on the importance of valuing yourself is an important part of the process. How to get healthy for YOUR body and lifestyle is always a huge aspect of working together. Working through emotional and habitual blockages that may be holding you back is also taken into consideration when setting up your treatment plan.

I love learning and have a strong interest in evidence based natural medicine, functional pathology, interpreting blood test results, bio chemical pathways, neurotransmitter functions, hormonal imbalances,  parasitology and analysing blood under a dark field microscope.

I have completed 2 x 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, Knoff Chair Yoga, Power Living Advanced Intelligent Sequencing, Yoga and Chinese Medicine with Tiffany Cruikshank, Yoga for Weight Lifting Athletes and am a qualified Mat Pilates teacher. I am currently studying a Diploma in Holistic Counselling and a 60 hour Yoga Teacher training with Inside Flow. I have completed a Certificate in Holistic Counselling with The Awakening Group.
